I have served clients in patent litigation matters before the International Trade Commission and federal courts.

Litigation efforts involved participation in a Section 337 investigation before the International Trade Commission and two patent infringement cases before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Specific litigation-oriented assignments include performing patent claim analysis and claim construction, preparation of claim charts, drafting an answer to a complaint, investigation and analysis of a client’s accused product--including technical review of computer application program interface and operating system source code (written in the C programming language), review of technical expert reports, drafting a motion to compel discovery, drafting a motion in opposition to a summary judgment motion on invalidity, and performing legal research for a motion for summary determination. I also drafted a section of a Markman brief and worked closely with an expert during preparation of his report.
